Last game thread I made, we won 6-1 over the Sabres last Saturday afternoon so here's hoping that we score 6 more tonight, lol.
Carey Price will be back in goal tonight for the habs while James Reimer will most likely he the starter for the leafs.
leafs have win two in a row while the habs have lost two in a row.
Ryan White will most likely be a healthy scratch tonight and Travis Moe will be the one that most likely draw back in unless the Habs go with 11 forwards and 7 defensemen. Than Kaberle would get another shot in the lineup.
GO HABS GO!!!
Hopefully it balances out, and this game thread makes habs lose 6-1 then.

#Habs lines:Bourque - Plekanec - Gionta; Pacioretty - Desharnais - Cole; Prust - Galchenyuk - Gallagher; Moen - Eller - Armstrong (No White)
#Habs back end: Markov - Emelin; Gorges - Diaz; Bouillon - Subban Price starting (Kaberle & Weber scratched)
Looks like the habs are going back to the same lineup that they had Wednesday night. Hopefully Armstrong gets his 1st tonight against his old team. And his second and third as well, lol.
Getting 'er going early today hey....
I was hoping that somebody would, looks like the snow is going to keep a lot of us close to their 'puters today.
I'm predicting a 4-0 Win for The Habs...
Price notches his 1st Shutout of the year...
The Habs were into their 5th game before having an 'Even Strength' goal scored on them...
The leafs on the otherhand were into their 5th game before they scored a Goal that was not a Powerplay Marker...
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....
There's a Storyline.
If the Habs get a lead it will interesting...

Where did you get these stats?
The Leafs scored 4 Even strength goals in their 3rd game of the season...
Toronto is also top 10 in even strength goals scored. Excluding the two games vs the Islanders/Rangers the Leafs have given up only 9 even strength goals(in 9 games), in fact, they gave up more in those two games than they did all season(lol).
No Lupul, Gardiner or Gunnarsson and we're still going to walk away with the 'W'
Singh,
You do realize its a post from habling, it doesn't have to make sense. Lol.... I kid
Should be a good batlle!
Go Habs!
I want to go to a Leafs/Habs game in Montreal so much. Never have the time... one day.
Don't beat me up if Im in my Leafs jersey. lol.
Hopefully Armstrong gets his 1st tonight against his old team. And his second and third as well, lol.
Great point, I'll be watching Armstrong closely tonight to see how he does against his old chums, again.
I'm just hoping for a full 60 min effort from the Habs, and not another slop-fest like it was the last time these two teams met (super slop, in fact).
A1,
lots of fans from TO come to see the games and usually the pre-game festivities in the crowd are the most exciting part of the night.
I have found that most Habs-Lefs games of recent years are quite borig on the ice. Little intensity or emotion and by the 2nd usually the life is sucked out of the crowd.
Still,come, it will be fun
hopefully tonight s an exciting game
Oh, my mistake....
The leafs were well into their 3rd Game before they scored their 1st even strength goal. The 2nd period of their 3rd game...
Like that is a Real Big Difference...
All while being granted at least SEVEN 5 on 3's over their 1st Seven games...(I may be wrong there as well, it might have been eight 5 on 3's)
But there is a point.....Smoke and Mirrors.....
These things/trends tend to right themselves over the season and I'm sure the leafs will again settle into their Non-playoff mode.
